Oh hey again! Welcome back to the blog! On today’s post, I’m going to be chatting about what I’ve been up to down south in Laguna Beach, how you can be a part of it, and how I’m loving my life!

To say that life is incredible, would be an understatement. Being acclimated to the hustle and bustle of Laguna Beach, has made me fall in love with what I do even more. When I visit with old friends, they ask me what NBR has to offer for me. Well, it’s a network of education called BMS (Big Money Stylist)! Not only did they give me the tools to learn how to execute NBR on clients’ heads, but they also trained (and still are training) me how to be a business woman/man behind the chair.

Being new to the salon, being 2 months in, it may be a shock to a lot of you that I am an assistant since I’ve been doing hair for 10 years. This is because I’ve been craving the time to learn, to help, and as a visual person, this is going to help me become a better stylist in the long run. Working with elite artists, has been a dream come true, and I couldn’t ask for a better opportunity.

Now that all of the logistics are making sense, and I have a routine, it’s time for me to begin testing out the assistant program, to become a DKW stylist! How you ask? Well, we do this by using models to create certain styles, while giving them the DKW experience. Being a model isn’t free, but the DKW experience is absolutely legendary and will make you want to come back time and time again. You do receive the DKW experience for free as a model though, so take advantage of that!
